From what I have read, there have been a lot of good updates in the newer Linux Kernels 4.8 and higher, so is there any reason to not upgrade to Linux Kernels in the 4.8 stable series, or 4.9, or 4.10 series?
It’s a Gtk UI and command line tool, so you can use it on Desktop and Server editions.
This release also introduced two new I/O schedulers.
